1. During the operation of the pipe bender, the front, rear, left and right working areas of the pipe bender must be reserved according to the shape of the machine to avoid mechanical and personal safety accidents.

2. The mechanical placement should be flat, firm, safe and reliable.

3. Due to the movement of the head of the Pipe Bending Machine, users can make effective protective devices according to their own processing range.

4. The machine must be grounded, and the operator is not allowed to adjust the sensor switch, system pressure, etc. without authorization.

5. The hydraulic motor must be turned off when changing the mold, and it is strictly forbidden for irrelevant personnel to watch around when adjusting the machine to avoid accidents.

6. Before work, check the relevant sensor switches, whether the computer values are in place, and whether the screws are locked.


7. Check the lubrication of the machine at any time, and replenish the lubricating oil in time.
